When beginning a project, a good foundation is necessary to determine what to design both in look and size. From the largest projects to the smallest projects, this foundation is necessary to determine the function of the space and maximize the efficiency.

Gathering information and data about your project prior to getting started is paramount. Before drawing anything, we need to understand the desired outcome, overall look and feel of the space along with the size of the area in order to incorporate both present and future growth.

During this discovery phase, we will work with your team to create the ideal finished product. The functionality and efficiency of each space should be determined in order to meet the needs of the consumers and the employees. While developing the layout, we will aim to create a cross-department synergy to allow for a collaborative feel, while creating maximum efficiency and optimal traffic flow.

The initial design is the time to make modifications to the design and verify all the needs have been met. Several options might be provided to help narrow down the design direction. We will develop inspirational concepts to meet your needs within an appropriate budget direction.

Once the concept is approved, the design development phase can begin. At this step in the design, actual materials, finishes and furniture selections are provided in order to understand the feel of the space. Budget information is also provided.

In order to build the space, final construction documents are completed to add the detail to construct the space. Actual finish locations and millwork drawings are completed to finalize the design.

During the construction of the project, visits to the jobsite and answering questions along with submittal approvals in necessary for a project success. If challenges arise, we can be responsive to the owner and construction team to collaborate on solutions to resolve the issues.

Rather than using a standard dealership, we can provide the actual furniture designed for the space at maximum discounts. For a commercial installation, our furniture is commercial quality with commercial upholsteries to stand the test of time. Warehousing, installation and supervision will complete the furniture within the space.
